As your Content Moderator or Cybersecurity Solutions Auditor, we will detect the illegal content and behavior, auditing and risk assessments or moderation systems. This includes moderating comments, images and/or videos in accordance with client-specific guidelines. We respond to complaints, queries and engage with the online audience on behalf of our clients in a number of different industries, across a variety of social media channels. This will be in line with each individual client's social media strategy, tone-of-voice and brand guidelines so that communication with customers are efficient and effective.

What We Will Do.

• Work autonomously to deliver an effective service for our clients, across a variety of social media channels

• Understand the client’s social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines

• Respond to complaints, queries, and to engage with the online audience

• Be responsible for the reputation of the brand online

• Work closely with client to ensure the project is successfully managed

• Collate and share feedback and insights gained from the client’s channels

• Complete reports accurately and on time

Our team of moderators listen, escalate and respond to content on company owned and controlled social sites, such as a community forum, news site, live event, or a brand's Facebook page.

  • Number of posts a moderator can handle depends on the difficulty of the posts/comments

Privacy & Security

  • Our moderation team works on secured lines

  • Clients’ login info and data could be accessed by the moderation team only and saved in a secured place

  • Access is granted to our in-house trusted devices and 2-factor authentication

  • A Non-Disclosure agreement will be signed by our company

  • No single piece of information will be published or shared with any other parties
